Excellerate Cleaning is a professional cleaning and property care company operating nationally across South Africa. We deliver contract cleaning, deep cleaning, washroom hygiene, pest control, landscaping, plantscaping, and garden maintenance to commercial, industrial, institutional, and hospitality properties.
 
We are part of Excellerate Services, South Africa’s integrated soft services group. That means every cleaning programme we deliver operates within a management framework, a performance monitoring system, and an accountability structure built for multi-site, multi-service environments.
Our mission is straightforward: we leave every space cleaner than before.

What Sets the Excellerate Cleaning Model Apart

Most commercial cleaning contracts are built around inputs: a number of staff, a schedule, a rate. The problem with input-based contracts is that they do not measure what matters, which is whether the environment is actually clean, consistently, to a defined standard.
 
Excellerate Cleaning builds programmes around outcomes. Every contract includes defined KPIs, documented inspection schedules, and reporting that gives clients a clear, evidence-based picture of how their environment is performing.
When something falls short, the account team knows before the client does. When it is fixed, it is documented. When a site consistently meets its KPIs, the client has the data to prove it.

The Better Way is the operational standard applied across every Excellerate Cleaning programme, every service line, and every region.
 
The Better Way is the same at a private hospital in Johannesburg as it is at a warehouse in Durban. The environment is different. The standard is not.
  • Cleaning schedules are designed for the actual environment, not copied from a template
  • Inspections are scheduled and conducted on a documented cadence
  • Staff are trained, supervised, and assessed against their site-specific requirements
  • Performance is tracked through Velocity and the Performance Centre. Reports are sent to clients regularly
  • When performance dips, the account management team is already acting on it

B-BBEE Level 1

PSIRA Registration

All Excellerate Security personnel are registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and operate in full compliance with the Private Security Industry Regulation Act. This is not optional. It is the regulatory baseline, and we verify it consistently across our deployed workforce.

SASA Gold Class Member

Gold membership is the highest tier of the Security Association of South Africa. The industry’s largest employers’ association. It requires documented proof of full compliance with PSIRA registration, the industry bargaining council, and all applicable legislation.
